來茂德:教授,主任醫師
1982年畢業于浙江醫科大學醫學系,1987年獲醫學碩士學位。1990年獲聯邦德國呂貝克醫科大學博士學位。中華醫學會病理學分會候任主任委員、中國醫師協會病理醫師分會副會長、浙江大學病理學和病理生理學系主任、國家重點(培育)學科、浙江省重點學科—病理學及省重點實驗室(浙江省疾病蛋白質組學重點實驗室)學術帶頭人。國家新世紀百千萬人才工程培養對象。 國家科技支撐計劃項目代謝綜合征的早期識別和干預技術研究首席科學家。國際期刊Clinica Chimica Acta 、Open Proteomics Journal和Pathology and Laboratory Medicine International的編委。
在國際上首次發現胰島素樣生長因子結合蛋白-相關蛋白1(IGFBP-rP1)是一個在結直腸癌中高表達的基因,并且其表達與病人血糖密切相關。后續的研究證明IGFBP-rP1是一個抑癌基因,其表達受該基因第一外顯子的甲基化調控;發現RegIV是一個在結直腸腫瘤中高表達的新基因,可能是一個預警腺瘤癌變的生物學標志;分離鑒定了新神經內分泌標志物促泌素,開發了用于神經內分泌癌診斷和治療監控的外周血促泌素檢測方法,并已用于臨床病理診斷;在國內最早開展實體瘤微衛星不穩定性研究,建立了系列的研究方法,為將微衛星不穩定性檢測用于臨床提供了可能;在生物信息學與分子病理學結合應用上進行了開拓性的工作。

主要研究課題:
作為首席科學家設計并得到國家立項十一五國家科技支撐計劃代謝綜合征的早期識別和干預技術研究總經費3668萬元,其中國家經費3023萬元,由本人作為課題負責人的經費約1000萬元;承擔國家973項目子課題一項;主持國家自然科學基金和浙江省科技廳重大項目等20余項。

主要研究和教育成果獎:
獲得省部級科研成果獎6項,包括浙江省科技進步一等獎1項。國家教育成果二等獎3項(一項第一,一項第三,一項第五)。國家級精品課程《病理學》負責人。

主要榮譽獎:
全國優秀教師,國家教委霍英東高校優秀青年教師獎、享受國務院特殊津貼。浙江省青年科技獎、浙江省有突出貢獻的中青年科技工作者和浙江省青少年英才一等獎。
論文、教材和著作: SCI收錄論文51篇,最高影響因子8.894(2004年,是當時浙大醫學院所有研究工作在本土完成的最高影響因子期刊論文)。已在本學科頂尖期刊如《J Path》、《Clin Cancer Res》、《Am J Surg Path》、《Mod Path》、《Histopathology》、《Virchows Arch》等雜志上發表了論文。中文論文100余篇。主編衛生部研究生規劃教材《醫學分子生物學》、副主編衛生部七年制和八年制規劃教材《病理學》、幾乎參加所有病理學方面的主要著作和教材。主編研究專著《上皮內瘤變》、《惡性腫瘤組織病理學分級圖譜》、《 Intraepithelial Neoplasia》(該書全英文,所有400多張病理圖片都是中國人的,是國際上該領域的第一本專著,由中國高教出版社和世界著名圖書出版公司Springer聯合出版,目前在全世界銷售,在國際病理學界有很好影響)。
